Your licence covers the commercial rights WaveQuake can grant in your lawfully obtained outputs. As between you and WaveQuake, you own the rights in outputs to the extent those rights exist and can belong to you.

You may edit, publish, sell and license your outputs lawfully. There is no separate commercial-use upgrade or WaveQuake royalty share. This permission survives account closure; download your files while you have access. It does not create copyright or grant rights belonging to someone else.

You are responsible for your inputs and intended use, including necessary permissions for melodies, lyrics, compositions, recordings, samples, voices, likenesses and collaborators. Before publishing or licensing a song, review the result and obtain any permissions or professional advice your release needs.

An output can resemble existing music. Payment, generation or download does not prove originality, ownership or legal clearance. Keep your project and permission records. A third-party claim still needs to be assessed on its facts.

We do not promise copyright protection, exclusive output, non-infringement or acceptance by a distributor, streaming platform or Content ID service. WaveQuake does not provide a rights-clearance service or a contractual promise to fund the defence of your releases.

You are responsible for the release decisions and clearance obligations assigned to you in the terms. We remain responsible for our own obligations and liabilities the law places on us. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
